It all depends on the person. I think though, in general, a high sex drive can be a good thing as long as you switch things up and keep each other happy. The cool part about having lots of sex is that you have more opportunities to try new things.
To throw in my two cents about personal preference, I can't have sex three times per day every single day... there's simply not enough time for me. Once a day, sure. My concern is that if someone is having sex three times per day, what else are they doing? Do they spend much time doing other things (as a couple) besides just banging in a bed all day?
For a fling, 3x a day might work out, since flings are usually sexual in nature anyway, so that type of relationship seems ideal. 3x is probably better feasible as a short-term solution, but over a long period of time... I think any normal human would be worn out with their junk ground to dust. For a LTR, I'd rather be with a woman who simply had a normal, healthy drive (for me, a once a day average would be nice, but I'd be content with 3 to 4x/week to be honest).
I don't mean 3 times a day everyday, lol, but at least once a day ideally and maybe twice a day sometimes.
And glad to see I'm not alone IslandGirl.

The thing is, at least in the start of any relationship, it is all about the sex. But at some point the relationship has to become more about making love than just sweaty f*cking. A nympho can and may use sex as a bargaining chip to get the guy to act a certain way or do certain things. Is that really a healthy relationship?
For me, this would be ideal for a short fling when all I wanted was someone to keep me warm and my balls drained at night. But any relationship built solely on sex will almost always fail. At some point, it is like internet porn, you just get bored. Oh I get to have sex with you again today, whooo-hooo!

Do you think girls simply start out their relationships saying they crave sex simply to draw a man in till they drive in the hooks?....Then they start to use sex as a tool to get what the want?
Natrually men are drawn to a sexual being and when they get it non stop and its easy for awhile it pretty much takes our focus off of trying to get it elsewhere thus we end up sticking around.
Its nice to hear you girls enjoy sex...Some once a day or 3 times a day or all day. But do you really keep these numbers up 6-8months down the road with the same guy?...how about 2-3 years down the road? How bout 10 or 15 years?

Well, a lot of women don't use sex as a tool. However, even girls who really enjoy sex in the beginning, often slow down. It's hard to go from being young and having no responsibilities (ie. having time for sex 3x per day) to having to keep a house clean, take care of babies (not to mention the awful feeling of morning sickness when you are actually pregnant), and keep that sexual. It really just doesn't happen in most cases.
A lot of women don't mean to do that on purpose - but it IS hard to stay sexual when such a routine is in place. Now, even with the morning sickness and the housecleaning, I still have sex 3-4x per week with my SO. I don't think that is bad at all for 26 & 32 years old and being pregnant with another little demanding attention. Am I the same as when I was 22 and we had no cares in the world besides ourselves? No, but neither is he.
Ok so I'm wondering what guys think of a girl who has an incredibly high sex drive (I mean way above average). Do you find it sexy, sometimes a turn off? Would you want to be in a LTR with her or just something short term, like a little fling?
Yes, absolutely but with the added caveat that ONLY if she feels that way about me. If she thinks about or acts on those feelings with other men then no. That's not cool.
All men want a nypho -- as long as they are only "nymphotic" for them.

Yes, but think of it this way: That reasoning actually implies a strong argument in favor of the "nympho" GF...
To wit, a girlfriend who wants sex three times a day will become a wife who still wants sex at least once a day even if her desire diminishes to a mere 1/3 its original strength.

What do you mean as 'incredibly high sex drive'?
Is she a real person or just an unrealistic fantasy?
IMHO it is too hard to meet a girl with high sex drive. Bipolar disorder has high sex drive but they are only 1.5% of population.

Haha well I think it may be hard, but not impossible. The reason I'm asking this is because in both of my past 2 LTRs my boyfriends called me a nympho. Granted, they said it in a joking manner, but I was also told that my sex drive was above average for most women (I'm also realizing this when I talk to my friends who wonder what's wrong with me when I say I won't and can't use sex as a bargaining chip with my boyfriend). And Skump yes it does decrease with time. At the beginning I want sex with ONLY my partner all the time, and then after some time it decreases to wanting it about once a day, and so far so good. But I just wanted other guys' opinions on how they would feel about being with someone who was a "nympho".

LTR if: she's attractive and I like her other aspects
ST if: I just want to do her for a one-night
The bottom line for me is, between two identical girls I would pick the nympho over the normal one.
1-2x a day would be the maximum I'd be able to physically handle before I start shooting blanks, to be honest :P
Well 1-2 times a day is enough for me if I like the guy for reasons other than sex. But I need my morning sex if I sleep over my boyfriend's house, like a coffee addict needs their morning shot of espresso.

Do you need penetration sex or oral/fingering is ok
AG, you are absolutely not a "nympho". You are a woman who likes sex, big difference. What you really need is not more sex but to get over yourself and learn to handle these issues with maturity. News Flash.......it's NOT all about you!!

It would have interested me once upon a time, before I found out that such types have a higher propensity towards emotional issues than average types - so I'll give them a miss thank you.
