Now, this isn't a huge deal, but I am 99% sure that my post count was in the 4,000's last time I bothered to look, and now it's down to 2,500.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this ?

Actually, Pyro may be right. When a post is deleted you lose it in your count. I hit 8,000 twice because of that.
We also had that data loss recently (some people's avatars or profile pics got deleted). Some posts may have been lost in the scuffle too.

Also, I saw james M's post count on one thread yesterday was in the two thousands and now he's back to normal.
Yipes! I never saw that. I see my count is at 4530 (well, it was before this post ), and this is correct...give or take a couple of deletions.
Now I am worried that there is a conspiracy out there to make me look less busy than I have been here.

Go ahead and laugh. Well, I guess you already did. Anyway, you might think you're better than me, but you don't know that I have had over 100,000 posts deleted because each and every one of them violated the LoveShack Community Guidelines. (And each in a different way, I should add.)
That makes your "contribution" look pretty sad, doesn't it! (_x_)
