I have noticed a trend on many of the postings, there seems to be a whole lot of affairs starting at the 17 mark of marriage. More so men then women. I have heard of the seven year itch but there seems to be just as much scratching at seventeen years.

My own husband began his affair at our 17th year of marriage as well. We are back together and have been in counseling for 2 years and I asked our counselor about my noticing the 17 year thing, she looked through her files and came up with more then half of affairs she has counseled have been within the 16-18 year mark.

So all you who have experienced a 7 year itch from your partner may want to keep an eye on whether he/she begins itching again in ten years.
