More than a one night stand?

Here goes...
I met this guy at a club and went back to his place for what I thought would be a one night stand...
It turned out to be a little more than I bargained for...
The next morning he took me and his kids out for breakfast (yes, his two young kids).
Then he dropped me home.
We didn't swap numbers, he just let me know that he is always at that club where we met and told me he had seen me there before.

The next week I bumped into him again with a group from my work. He was very loving towards me, so I ended up with him again. He told me he had thought of me during the week but didn't have my number.
He was hugging on me all night while I slept and mumbled once "see we found each other".....
We talked for hours the next morning and he drove me home again.
This time I gave him my phone number.
He hasn't called as of yet and it's been a week (only).
I'm curious to see if other people think he's just seeing me as "easy" and saying things he thinks I want to hear or if he's interested in me as something other than sex. By getting to know him I quite like him now, so I'd be a little upset if he wasn't interested.
