Why has my stubborn body stopped losing weight?

Hi,
I'm 5'3 and 155lbs with large breasts and a medium build....and no this is NOT a personal's ad ...anyways...I've been eating really healthy and exercising every day burning at least 400 calories a day, sometimes 1000. I usually rollerblade or swim or whatever. I'm on weight watchers so for my weight range I eat between 1000-1250 calories a day. And I've been doing this religiously lately. Yet in the past month I haven't lost a pound!! What's up with that??

I checked on the Internet today to see what some calculation thing said about how many calories I burn a day from my regular activities and exercise....and it said 2534. And I KNOW you have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound....so that means I should be losing at least 2 pounds a week....so over the last month I should've lost at least 8 pounds. Instead I've lost nothing.

Anyone have any ideas how this could happen?? It's hard enough to get myself to exercise and diet as well as I'm doing..but with no results I just feel helpless. I have a month to go before school starts and I want to be like at least 145lbs by then....anyone know how to get those pounds going down again?
