Does divorce take a long time to process? My ex-hub supposedly said that he went to the lawyer back in May to file and alright signed while I'm still waiting to offically sign the paper. The divorce is uncontested so there's no problem on who's getting what because there's nothing to fight over. On top of that, he's got a new serious girlfriend that he's planning to move in with while I have a boyfriend that is beginning to become serious. I want an offical end to this but does this have to take this long? I mean when my parents got divorced a couple of years ago, it didn't take a while eventhough they were fighting over things (the house, the car, money, etc.) Help!
