It doesn't bother me really, the actor/actress thing, however, it doesn't make sense because they don't do it with teacher, doctor, engineer, etc. Also I always wondered why they did that with waiter/waitress. Why does the sex matter?
I do go by Ms. because I don't think it should be announced one's marital status to all, when men's names don't do that with Mr. I don't get that.
