When I'm angry or upset I sometimes tell people to leave me alone, but I don't mean it. It's a woman thing - I say "leave me alone" and you're supposed to care enough to not do so - you're supposed to stick by me and care enough to figure out what's wrong. However if I seriously tell someone to leave me alone because the relationship is over or whatever, it's incredibly annoying if they keep pestering me (as well as being humiliating for them). If I told someone to leave me alone, I probably wouldn't contact them because I don't want them to get the wrong idea - I want them to continue to leave me alone!
