That's an evolutionary issue we need to work on. Value those who do that work. They exist amongst you.

My experiences have been markedly different in that women are often annoyed with me when I expect them to be a peer and treat them that way. They like equality in the ways and methodologies which serve their needs, but not globally. Then I ask myself if I'm "bitter much?"
