just an update she contacted me saying she wants to see me, but i denied it I think she justs wants to ease her guilt before seeing her bf for a month, shes leaving next week and told me yesterday that she wants to see me and talk to me. I told her to forget about me for the sake of her new relationship b/c Ive learned talking to an ex causes the other person in the relationship to hurt even though they did it to me, Ill be good. Its like the saying goes

"Lifes challenges are suppose to make you better not bitter"

That quote is very true. I'm really sorry to hear of your situation. It is awful right now, but it will get better, and we're all here for support

its just really hard for me b/c I dont really talk about my feelings to anyone and just have the mentally of "fake it till u make it" going on. Glad this place exists so I can hide behind the screen and talk to people about it

I can relate. Since my ex ended things I have found that the past few months my communication with everyone was just about non-existant, other than putting up a front, so I have found these forums a massive help to me too, often seeing what I have typed, just makes a bit more sense, it's helped me to open up to others too. Yep it hurts what we're all going through currently, but it's a temporary thing, it really will get better over time.
