Unhappy Weight

[color=blue][/color]Hello, I'm in a heap of a mess. I have gained weight and I know it was because I was in an unhappy relationship, which is now OVER.. thanks to his cheating on me with an older woman...
I have gained 70 pounds in 3 years approximately. ..I'm walking but have a bad knee so can't speed walk.. I can't afford to pay for Weight Watchers or using the machines at the gym... I'm trying to eat less and exercise in my apt but feel I'm eating the wrong food anyway.
Anyone know anything about eating foods for your blood type?
I'm beginning to think that theory is right.
My metabolism is sluggish.. even though I walk daily.. only for 15 minutes and then my knee gets stiff from arthritis.
I used to weigh 200 6 years ago, 180 8 years ago.. and now? I weigh a whopping 270 pounds... not good for my knees...
I have a desk job.. and all the time I was sad.. ate junk food.. It is harder to get off then on, that's for sure!!!

Help me.... thanks
