Unhappy Separated but living together and married, dating another man!

I am perplexed by my situation given the fact that it is the first time. I have been living with the same woman for Ten years and married Six. She wants to separate which in itself might be necessary given the problems we have had. It might be time to re-evaluate. However, she tells me that she has fallen for someone else, this happened while we were deciding to separate or not. We live toghether and she wants to see this person on an intimate basis. Do I ask her to leave? or do I ask her to use some restraint and move out as she can? I do not feel it is respectful to do this to me and in a way, it shows me her true nature. I do not think I want to remain with someone like this. Very confused....
