I'd much rather challenge the situation with this:

;)

Oh that is a good one! Here is another that is pretty ironic because about 10 years ago, before my MM and I started our A he sent me a mixed cd with a bunch of songs and one of them was this one...

I have always liked that one, and the video. I love the ending of the video, and Reba's smile right before the big bang. Edited to add the video I am talking about:

Please ignore the singer... these lyrics speak volumes:

Now Romeo and Juliet,

Bet they never felt the way we felt.

Bonnie and Clyde,

Never had to hide like we do, we do.

You and I both know it can't work,

It's all fun and games,

'Til someone gets hurt,

And I don't, I won't let that be you

See like Adam and Eve,

Tragedy was our destiny

See we both fighting every inch of our fiber,

Cause ain't no way it's gonna end right but,

We are both too foolish to stop

* ok, I'm getting all emo now, gotta stop before my mind plays these endless games again wherein I know my A is going nowhere yet I haven't found the strength to walk away and I fear I might not find it. Not when MM is my safe haven.

If any of you speak Spanish, there's a fantastic song that is on point and I've definitely had super emo nights listening to:

The lyrics (translated) go as such:

I fell in love with you

You made me smile

Even knowing the situation

We both have our loves

We live hidden

But listen to my song:

Oh, reject me

I can't accept your love

Oh, forget me

Even if it hurts, we have to accept the pain

Because I have my woman

And you have your man

I don't want to be unfaithful

And the temptation is killing me.

And I know that with me, you are happy

But we can't continue like this

It will only end in suffering

Our love

Has to end like this

I don't want it to, but there it is

Though it hurts my heart

Oh, reject me

I can't accept your love

Oh, forget me

Even if it hurts, we have to accept the pain

Because I have my woman

And you have your man

I don't want to be unfaithful

And the temptation is killing me.

Understand,

Understand this, my love.

Oh, understand,

Understand this, please.

Oh, reject me

I can't accept your love

Oh, forget me

Even if it hurts, we have to accept the pain

Because I have my woman

And you have your man

I don't want to be unfaithful

And the temptation is killing me.

I who have nothing

The original by shirley bassey (and one i like best)

I, I who have nothing

I, I who have no one

Adore you and want you so

I'm just a no one, with nothing to give you but oh

I love you

You, you buy her diamonds

Bright, sparkling diamonds

But believe me, dear, when I say

That she can give you the world

But she'll never love you the way

I love you

You can take her any place she wants

To fancy clubs and restaurants

But I can only watch you with

My nose pressed up against the window pane

I, I who have nothing

I, I who have no one

Must watch you, go dancing by

Wrapped in the arms of somebody else

Darling it is I

Who loves you
