Should I be concerned? They are drinking and flirting. I like him and I want to trust my wife. But she is very relaxed around him and he is quite charming and good looking. Drinking and flirting are NEVER a good combination and it could lead to something because their inhibitions are down. You are not paranoid. You are prudent.
