Confidence, not looks or wealth are what every women on the planet is after. If you are confident and truely happy inside it will reflect outside. The only real thing to do is get out there and just small talk it up with all the girls you find attractive. Maybe get some numbers casually and just hang out with a group of friends. Just try not to over evaluate things and see things for what they truely are and not what you want them to be. Hope any of this helps.
