Do you think texting/messaging/phone calls really help build a relationship, or impede it by creating a false sense of familiarity early on? No matter if you discuss your common love of tennis with your interst in person or through text, you still have that familiarity. The medium doesn't change the fact. Link to post Share on other sites

Referring to early dating stages between two people without a common history. I think it only helps AFTER you've met the other person in person.
