If a guy checks you out does that mean he is interested?

I was jogging down the street the other day and this guy I know was driving past me in his car. Once he drove past me I saw him staring at me and checking me out after he drove past for quite some time. The next time I ran into him after that he was being friendlier than usual. Does this mean he is interested in me?

It means that he probably finds you attractive but that doesn't always mean he is single or even interested enough to date.

Dudes in cars check out women jogging. They just do. Probably women check out dudes jogging.

 

I think the bigger point here is you posted to ask about it, so you're fond of the notion he's into you. If you know him, he's already checked you out enough, doesn't need to catch you jogging, won't have changed anything. On the other hand, if he's a fitness freak, seeing THAT you run might have interested him if he didn't know you did already. Lots of fitness fanatics are only interested in other fitness fanatics.

Depends on his status, he could just be checking you out because you look attractive.
