In the meantime, it is a lot better opportunity 40 hours vs 30, with benefits as I currently don't have any aside from sick time, better location and almost a $7 hourly pay increase. I'll stay here a good several years and if for some reason I can't move up the ladder it will prepare me for the next best thing.
