If you can't find any of the copies, Hokie is right, contact your employer or Human Resources or Personnel.....however your company is set up. It really shouldn't be too big of a deal for them to get you another set of copies promptly. You can also use your last paycheck stub for the year IF it has all the information on it as far as Year-to-Date. If you have further questions or can't get it resolved, you can go directly to the IRS website. It is very helpful and people friendly. Link to post Share on other sites
