So... I talked to my boss and he was a bit angry that I didn't come to him sooner. He said that I should have come to him at the first sign of flirting and that I should do so in the future. He also wants me to file a formal complaint about this student and "sexual harrasment" (I never used the term but boss did) to the university. I am not going to do it as I feel it's a bit extreme. I don't want the student to get expelled because of me.

But anyhow, student was assigned to a male tutor and given a warning.
