ooz? Like that stuff that turned ordinary turtles into the mean green fighting machines we now know as the ninja turtles?

I would say if you take men you're bound to have a few horror stories but it might be worth the money... mght not. Do what you feel is best.

oh so this is all your husband being scared. He should get over his fears. You could get a nice group of regulars who are men and tip well who don't fling ooz around the place.

oh its me really because my husband said hes fine with it, but i just fear that it might be a problem anyway (not problem for me but just problem of if my husband ends up not like me doing it, even though no hint of that). i mean im just thinking too much, its probably going to be fine and probably won't change how my husband sees me and he will probably always be fine with it. but im just thinking about it too much

i practiced on male and a female and there was no problems with male

Working out of your home makes it sound more like sex massage. Can't you work at a clinic or do referrals only from medical specialists?

That would be a waste of money.

A business is a business regardless of whether it's a clinic in a commercial building or a clinic in your own home. You cannot discriminate.

A private business can do what ever it wants. In cases like restaurants refusing to serve blacks the federal government got involved saying it was impeding on interstate comerce or some crap... Although country clubs still do this kind of thing all the time...

In her case refusing to treat men if she decides because she wants to focus on women is perfectly with in her rights.

A business reserves the right to refuse business to anyone

Absolutely not true. A business cannot refuse to do business with someone on the basis of their gender.

Not true. Businesses can refuse service for almost any reason (or no reason) with exceptions. Those exceptions are race, religion, gender, national origin, and disability/perceived disability.

Explain fitness chains that only sign up women smart guy... oh wait the federal government can't stick its nose in because it doesn't interfere with interstate commerce they have a reason. No one said she wants to open up a whites only road side diner.

OP you're perfectly with in your rights to only take women if thats what you decide. If you don't mind men and like them then you should just tell your husband it will be ok.

OP, I suggest you seek the advice of an attorney admitted in your state, rather than Dust, as he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Only a fool would go to an attorney for such a small matter. She could just ask the orinization that licenses her profession for the word on the issue.

Oh and attornies as an example don't tell me you've never seen a mens divorce law firm...
