Badenov Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 I just want to say whenever a woman abuses sexual harrassment policies for personal vendettas it's a slap in the face to every woman who has a legitimate complaint. Many of these female support groups put pressure on assuming any woman who files is automatically a victim, when they should be policing the false claims. In my case, a co-worker retalliated against me when I filed a complaint against her for interfering with my job. The conversation took place 3 months earlier (but suddenly she felt harrassed 2 days after I file mine?), and began when she asked me "When's the last time you had sex?" (but I'm the one harrassing her?). Nobody was fooled by it, but because of politics she is now untouchable & she knows it. There are plenty of legitimate reasons to fire her (AWOL time, insubordination, bad-mouthing the boss to clients, filing other false complaints), but they're too scared. She's playing the system & getting away with it. Anyone else have similiar stories? Link to post Share on other sites
