joseyposie Posted March 11, 2007 Share Posted March 11, 2007 my boss uses me to play both sides at work. if i don't do it she is going to make my life at work horrible. and i feel horrible telling on my coworkers and asst. mgr. i go home feeling guilty and they hate me. i am in a tug of war. do i cut the throats of my coworkers to be in good with my boss so i can keep my job that i truly love to death and hate to quit. what can i do to not get myself in trouble with both sides? i feel so terrible!
