I have been separated for 4 months from my wife, my story:http://www.loveshack.org/forums/breaking-up-reconciliation-coping/separation-divorce/410969-feeling-lost

 

I have joined a gym and in 3 months have lost 52 pounds and down to 148. I have put on some muscle and starting to feel better.

 

I was just looking for some recipes that some of you are eating to keep the weight off.

 

Here is my daily routine:

 

Breakfast:

 

smoothie:

1 cup mixed frozen fruit, 2 tablespoons of low fat greek yogurt and 1-2 cups vanilla almond milk.

 

oatmeal and a banana then coffee at work.

 

Lunch:

 

Tuna sandwich on wheat, oikos yogurt, banana, baby carrots and a green tea.

 

Dinner: (after gym)

 

one lean hamburger patty on the george foreman, vegetable, oikos yogurt and water.

 

 

Just before bed I make another smoothie.
