im just curious as to what is the quickest, or best way without getting injured, to gain mass and or strength, as im 155 lbs, 6ft. at this time, and i am happy with that of course, but if i was to set a goal as to say 175-180? and i have very fast metabolism and not able to eat very much right now ( at this time), what would be the healthiest, but cheapest way, to eat? any supplements that could help? or vitamins?

Take all the money you would have spent on supplements and vitamins and spend it on food. Lift heavy weights. Repeat for about 2-3 years.
