Need motivation to keep fit

My personal trainer used to be our Boxer, but unfortunately after a decade we had to have him put down due to illness. I feel like I need someone motivating me at times. I usually go and exercise at the local national park. But I can't go there after work. I need to cross a main road to get there. The peak hour traffic is that bad that you can't even cross. The traffic is heavy with no breaks.

You could join a gym where you would have a personal trainer. You could get a treadmill or exercise equipment for your house and/or buy some exercise videos to use. You could join an exercise class or take up a sport, such as tennis. There are also groups that get together to go hiking or walking. Lots of things you could do.
