Amymc Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 I was in a relationship with a man for 2.5 yrs we broke up just over 3months ago, I miss him like crazy. We stayed in contact via text for the first 6 weeks of our break up now I haven't heard from him since. I haven't tried contacting him as I don't want him to feel as tho I'm being too needy and clingy or in the case he has someone else or just doesn't care. We broke up due to having pity arguments which was my fault I was very highly strung and acted like a spoilt child. I would like some views onto this, every one is telling me to move on but I can't I feel to much for him and can't even look at other men. Link to post Share on other sites

It takes awhile to process the breakup, let alone to jump enthusiastically back into dating. I wouldn't contact him because you are delaying moving on. Most people aren't able to be friends with an ex because it's too weird and emotional. It's very hard to redefine a relationship that was once very close. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
