I share care my child with my ex, on Monday he told her he had a sore mouth. he said she never looked at it, he came back to me on the Thursday, I took him to docs and he had 2 mouth ulcers, he went back to his mums the following week and told her he had mouth ulcers, she didn't put the medicine on them. then I found out that Monday past (school night) she put the wee one to a family member over night so her B/F could stay over. ( he complains that his mum never spends time with him) I want to go for full custody but just don't know if the courts would look at this, thanks in advance

They might look at it but in the big picture it wont count for much, even though what she did was wrong. You need to start writing down everything that happens. Hope things get better for you.

Women gain full ~ primary custody of dependent children 90% of the time,

PRIMARLY BECAUSE MEN - FATHERS DON'T SEEK SUCH, FOR VARIOUS REASONS, the No.# 1 being the myth / fallacy that they can't or won't be awarded custody because their men,.............................

However, in the 10% of cases in which men DO seek full ~ primary custody?

THEY'RE AWARDED IT 90% of the time.
