I did it because I love her very much and want to stay married to her if I could. She wants to get back together and try again now, but I am very wary of giving it another shot. Breaking up once can be a mistake -- sometimes a mulligan is all you need -- but anything more than that is trying to desperately cram a square peg into a round hole.
