What if he doesn't reply?! or if the reply you get isn't what you were expecting or hoping for?! I know it's hard (believe me, I know!) but sometimes it's better to let sleeping dogs lie! Writing him to get whatever youre feeling off your chest only builds to the fire and then youre left analyzing how hes taking what youre writing etc etc. At least walk away with your dignity, its hard but after a while you will feel better.
