RedButton
I just had a second date last night with a really nice girl. The first date I had, I was really into her and couldn't wait to see her again. But last night for some reason I would often compare her to my ex without meaning to. I think on a personal level we click very well, probably about the same as my ex, on a physical level, I think she's pretty but not as attractive as I found my ex. Overall, I just wasn't feeling the same 'sparks' and that same sense of 'we really like each other' as I had in the first few dates with my last girlfriend. This is really the first girl I've dated in the 6 months since we broke up. Is this normal? I'm still attracted to this girl I'm dating, but I just can't help but feel right now that it's not the same and it's causing me to feel really down.
d0nnivain
If you are still comparing, you are not ready to date. Give yourself more time.
