ReluctantRomeo
When the dumper changes their mind (or at least has second thoughts) later. It happens more than you'd think. I started a thread on this early last year - I've found some more examples since then...
Author UT_longhorn
can people post some experiences with how they felt about dumper's remorse as a dumper?
riobikini
UT, I honestly can't. The ones I dumped, (or ran, screaming, away from), DESERVED IT!!! I later learned that I had been right on target. (Smile) -Rio
CaliGuy
Women usually regret it less than men. Men tend to be reactive whereas women will take their time and gradually fall out of love. Most of the time, not always, it's for good. I think as you grow older the chances they'll come back are less because as we mature, we tend to make better decisions about what is best for us. So, these are generalizations but I do believe younger folks tend to have "dumpers remorse" moreso than older folk. I realize that's not the case all the time but for the most part it makes sense. Personally I've never had remorse when I've been the dumper. I would only dump someone when I am 100% certain they are not the person for me. I don't believe I've ever looked back and regretted it.
